As our Senior Qualitative Researcher, you will be a consultant and subject matter expert for a select portfolio of high profile clients. Your primary focus will be conducting qualitative research projects, typically for websites and mobile apps in various stages of development while at the same time building long term relationships with your clients.

As a strategic consultant, you will proactively manage each engagement to successful completion, ensuring that the client is engaged and informed at every step. Over time and by demonstrating intelligent research design and insightful findings, you will establish yourself and AnswerLab as the "go-to" expert for usability research.

Reporting to our Director of Research, you will join a team of researchers and consultants. You will partner with two to three high profile clients who have interesting and challenging research needs, often on the cutting edge of web and mobile technologies. For example, here are some current and recent engagements: For each project, you will partner with the client to uncover their needs, craft solutions accordingly, conduct the research, and then deliver your findings to your client partners. You can expect to have one to three projects in various stages on your plate at any given time, and a typical project lasts four to six weeks.
